Mail: Mailbox is located next to the door, no key needed

Maintenance: Tenant responsible for everything inside of the suite ( including HVAC and water heater) AND the front door is tenant responsibility. Maintenance handles roof leaks.

Insurance/ Business License: Prior to operating, the tenant must obtain and post a city business license inside their suite. Apply for a business license with the City of College Park. (Contact: Belinda Wilder, 404-767-1537 ext 1006, Email: bwilder@collegeparkga.com) In addition to, prior to operating, the tenant must also obtain business liability insurance.

Utilities: Tenant pays electricity bill to the City of College Park. Water is included.
